Gift Wrapping

Our gift wrapping service enables you to send exceptionally beautiful presents to your loved ones. Items are placed in delicate white tissue paper and put in one of our white apparel boxes with a Cosy Posy sticker. The box is then expertly wrapped with our stunning silver wrapping paper and luxurious grosgrain ribbon is tied around it in a beautiful bow. Our co-coordinating gift card is also enclosed, with your personal message hand written in it.

Electronic Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers make a great gift. On the date you specify, the lucky recipient receives an e-mail telling them they have received a gift voucher from you. The e-mail will contain your personal message to them and a voucher code that they type in at checkout to redeem the value of your gift. To purchase an electronic gift voucher, click here.

Returns and Exchanges

Every item received from Cosy Posy should be perfect. If ever an item does not meet your gift recipient´s highest expectations, we happily accept returns or exchanges providing that the items have not been worn or washed and the tags are still intact.

To make it convenient for gift recipients to return or exchange items purchased online, please select the "gift receipt" option when you check out. While your recipient won´t be able to see the price you paid, they will be able to receive the appropriate credit should they choose to exchange or return an item.
