Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges:
 
Cancellation: Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to modify, exchange or cancel your order please return our email acknowledging receipt of your order stating your wish to modify or cancel your order.

If your order has already been fully processed, it may already have been dispatched , in which case you should follow the returns policy.

Returns and Exchanges: If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at any time during the cancellation period. Order cancellation must be made in writing by email to orders@cosyposy.co.uk quoting order details or by returning our email acknowledgment as stated above. The cancellation period commences as of the date you receive our email acknowledging receipt of your order and ends on the 7th working day following receipt of the merchandise by you or, in the case of gifts, the person who received them.

In the event of returns, exchanges or cancellations we require that you return the new and unused goods to us in their original packaging with all original labelling attached. Returns on items such as lingerie and swimwear may not be accepted.

Please note: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser´s cost. Cosy Posy is not responsible for any item that is no returned in the manner set forth above.

We request that all goods are returned within 14 days of the date of your notice of cancellation or return order.

In the event of any failure to return any goods to us within the stipulated time limits even though validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.

Refunds: Refunds to you will be made within 30 days of the date return items are received by Cosy Posy. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card excluding delivery charges and recovery costs.

Domestic Deliveries within the UK:
 
Registered Signed for delivery is £3.50 and should take 2-3 days at the most. Simply state this is the case in the special instructions box at the checkout.
Guaranteed Next Day Special Delivery, shipping within the UK is £7.50. Orders must be placed before 2 pm for this service.
If you are unable to be home to sign for the parcel leave it on your doorstep or with a neighbor at your own risk. Simply state this is the case in the special instructions box at the checkout.
International Deliveries:
 
International Signed for Delivery For delivery is £5.95.
